All orders are processed within 3-5 business days for Metro Manila, and 5-10 business days for provincial orders (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for the tracking information to become available.
How can I reschedule if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our rider will call you to check if you would like your parcel to be left at a secure location of your choice, or you will receive an email/SMS to reschedule the delivery.
